The twenties roar again at the 8th annual Gotham Jazz Festival, and Summer is thrilled to be a part of it! Summer and her trio will be making their debut appearance at this year’s festival, playing from 5:30-6:45pm in the 4th floor lounge! Come out early, stay late, and enjoy a full day of dancing, lounging, and listening to 15 of NYC’s best hot jazz & swing bands… nearly 100 musicians!
Summer is returning to Eau Claire as an adjudicator for the student bands, as well as performing with the Adjudicator All-Star Combo at the "Jazz Crawl” which transforms downtown Eau Claire into a New York jazz scene featuring over 40 exceptional music groups at 17 different venues!
Summer is delighted to be the guest artist at the Mona Shores Performing Arts School’s Jazz Masters Concert. The concert is featuring the school’s middle school and high school jazz bands, as well as a mini concert with Summer’s trio!

Summer is honored to join Japanese lyricist, songwriter, arranger, and music producer, Yoko Kanno, in her performance of Seltbelts. The guest vocalist is the original voice himself, Steve Conte, an essential part of the Seatbelts legacy. This concert is part of “Our World’s Creative Women” -- the Croton Council on the Arts (CCoA)'s month-long celebration of Croton’s extraordinary women drawing from the riches of our community's past, present, and the seedlings of its future. The concert is free and open to all… first come, first served — and previous concerts in this series have been very popular, so please plan to come early because the space might fill up!
Summer joins Kurt Elling and the Future of Jazz Orchestra as they bring together one of jazz’s most commanding voices with New York’s best young musicians shaping today’s sound. Celebrating the release of his upcoming album, In the Brass Palace, Elling’s masterful storytelling and improvisational brilliance meet bold, contemporary big-band arrangements.

Summer and the Carnegie Hall Big Band join Michael Feinstein in his performance of On the Town—a celebration of the golden age of New York’s nightlife, nightclubs, and singers. Enjoy a new program that honors the legacies of entertainers like Frank Sinatra, Lena Horne, Bobby Short, Tony Bennett, and Rosemary Clooney; iconic New York composers like George and Ira Gershwin, Irving Berlin, Cy Coleman, Cole Porter, and Bart Howard; and timeless songs such as “Manhattan,” “From This Moment On,” “The Best Is Yet to Come,” “Autumn in New York,” “Penthouse Serenade,” and “One for My Baby.”

Summer is at JEN 2026, excited to be performing with BLOW GLOBE, a chamber jazz ensemble that melds the sonorities of instrumental jazz and classical with the ethos of contemporary electronic and songwriter musics! Led by Juilliard-trained composer and drummer John Sturino, the band features a unique 8-horn instrumentation and permanent guest vocalist Mar Vilaseca.
